2015 Super Bowl XLIX Best Commercials

While millions of Americans look forward to the Super Bowl every year, it’s not just the game people enjoy. We look forward to the whole package – the parties, the food, the booze, and, of course, the commercials.

Most are pretty unremarkable and never manage to stick with us for more then a few moments. However, we talk about some of them for days after the game has ended. Here’s a few that stood out this year at Super Bowl XLIX:

Snickers

Snickers “You’re Not You When You’re Hungry” campaign has been a hit since it first kicked off. This year’s rendition of the Brady Bunch was no exception.

Nationwide

Nationwide had a couple different commercials this year and certainly not all were good. In fact, their Make Safe Happen was a real downer.

However, “Invisible Mindy Kaling” was entertaining and memorable.

BMW i3

Most car commercials suck and this year’s Super Bowl was no exception with boring car commercial after boring car commercial. However, BMW scored with their quot;Newfangled Idea” concept. It shows a younger Bryant Gumbel and Katie Couric trying to decipher the @ symbol in an e-mail address. It’s easy to laugh at because today the thought of not knowing what an e-mail address is, is laughable. Fast forward 20+ years and Gumbal and Couric are having a similar discussion about the new BMW i3. Foreshadowing?

Morphie

Little-known phone charger manufacturer had an entertaining take on what would happen if God’s smartphone ran out of battery.

Budweiser

We look forward to Budweiser commercials every year. Funny, heartwarming, or something new, they’re almost always memorable. Linking passion to products is always a winner.
